I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for me as it was close to shops and a shopping center, which made it very convenient. I loved that I could easily walk to the shops and catch a bus to other areas nearby. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. They were always attentive and willing to assist with any requests. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed, like a fridge, toaster, and kettle. The 3 seater couch in the room was a nice touch and added to the overall comfort. I found this hotel to be great value for money and would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast could've been better, but everything else was ok.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for me as it was near a shopping centre and there were buses that could easily take me to Springvale or Glen Waverley to catch a train to the city or the dockyard. The room was super clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. I appreciated the fact that it was quiet in the evening, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.
The exterior of the hotel could have been better maintained. There were bins and old couches lining the driveway, an abandoned shopping trolley in the car park, and the gardens were starting to be overrun with weeds.
